Treatments
Japanese Reiki
A hands-on energy therapy that encourages deep relaxation and supports your body's natural ability to heal. You don't need to believe in anything for it to work, most people simply notice they feel calmer, lighter, and more settled afterwards.
Reflexology
Gentle pressure applied to specific points on the feet, each corresponding to a different area of the body. It's deeply relaxing, and for many clients, surprisingly effective for everything from stress and poor sleep to hormonal balance and chronic pain.
I've been a holistic therapist for over 30 years, and I still find it quietly remarkable, what the body can do when it's finally given space to settle.
I see clients from a treatment room at Tide Medical in Gorleston-on-Sea. A, professional space, easy to find, easy to get to, and somewhere you can genuinely switch off for an hour….
More about me
Over the years I've worked in London spas, Harley Street clinics, care homes, schools, and corporate offices. But the reason I keep doing this work is simpler than any of that, people come in tense, overwhelmed, or exhausted, and they leave feeling like themselves again. That never gets old.
I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, a specialist reflexologist, and a qualified aromatherapist. I'm also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, so you can be sure I'm properly trained and fully insured.
If you're not sure which treatment is right for you, just ask. I'll help you figure it out.

Yes. I am a fully qualified and insured therapist and a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA). Many private health insurance providers will cover or contribute towards complementary therapies, including Reflexology, Reiki, and some forms of Massage Therapy.
I recommend checking directly with your insurer to confirm your level of cover and any requirements they may have. I am happy to provide an invoice or receipt for your treatment if needed for your claim.
